It usually takes 3-4 days for our recruitment panel to review your resume. Make sure to highlight the skills and the technologies/tools that you have experience working on.

Coding assessment / Technical interviews
For a technical role, the programmer is expected to write code/ design solutions to solve specific problems during the interview

There are usually about 2 rounds of technical interviews with some of our senior/ expert engineers, where we deep dive into your experience and technical abilities to check whether you’re the right fit for the role. This is where you talk about the projects you have worked on and the challenges you have faced in your previous roles.

Final discussion
The final discussion is always with one of our someone from our senior leadership team where they talk about the teams and also our organisational strategic plans. This is where we learn more about your future careers plans and evaluate the culture-fitment.

The timeline may vary depending on a few factors like the role you are applying for, your notice period etc. But, our goal is to let you know within 2-3 days if we’ll be moving forward with your application.
